inputs and a layout of the system approved, we work on

involved in the process and one of our team members takes
the responsibility for the communication and we try to
adjust to your time zone whenever required as per your

| Project-based Model |
| We follow a Fixed Price
Business Model for projects that are specifically defined
in terms of their requirements, schedules and project
path. Under this business model, we work with our clients
to define their expected deliverable outcomes to determine
a mutually agreed fixed price. We leverage this model in
areas where we have domain expertise and accurately
defined evaluation processes to set up the resource
devotion. Our focus is to deliver consistency and
excellence in executing projects in a timely and, cost
efficient fashion. |

| Hourly Price Model |
| This model reflects the cost
per-hour for all the resources assigned to develop a
client's solution. This model is suitable for projects,
which, are in their initial stage of development where the
specification clearly indicate the working hours required
for the project. The client pays an hourly development
rate agreed mutually at the time of contract signing.
Hence, the cost is determined by the amount of time and
resources expended. |

| Contract Basis Model |
| We extend Contract basis
manpower to Offshore Development Centre for your
organization. Customer can hire 1 person to 10 persons
simultaneously as per the requirements ranging from 3
months to 1 year. We offer very attractive rates for
longer period of Contract. We provide various levels of
skill set ranging from Microsoft .NET, Java, Embedded /
Mobile technology, LAMP. Resources are from 1 year to 10+
years of experience in Software Development in cutting
edge technology. |

| Onsite Consultation Model |
For complex project execution,
knowledge transfer and short term requirements of the
consultant, we provide onsite consulting services. We send
most experienced resources with knowledge of Software
Development Life Cycle and customer interaction
thoroughfare within onsite for project execution.
All the expenses for VISA, traveling and lodging/boarding
is borne by the customer, however we charge for offshore
development, and provide the price advantage to the
customer. |

| Mixed Approach Model |
| Sometimes it is not possible to
follow one pricing model during project life cycle so a
combination of above two models is used. |
